Job Duties 主要職責 Maintain cleanliness throughout the property 維持酒店整體環境整潔 Create welcoming and comfortable spaces for guests 為客人營造溫馨舒適的空間 Enhance our guests’ overall sanctuary experience 提升客人整體的入住體驗 Provide warm greetings and thoughtful support 提供溫暖與貼心的服務 Ensure everything is in place by managing our housekeeping trolley, linen closet etc. 確保各項物品擺放妥當、供應齊全，包括管理房務部工作車及布草間等 Maintain clear communication within the department 維持部門清晰且有效的溝通 Job Requirement 職位要求 Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience 具三年或以上相關工作經驗 Familiar with cleaning chemicals and sanitation standards 熟悉清潔化學用品及衛生標準 Effective leader, strong problem solver and team player 具備出色的領導能力、解難能力及團隊合作精神 Excellent time management, multitasking and conflict resolution 具備優秀的時間管理、同時兼顧多項任務及化解衝突能力 Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English 良好的粵語、普通話及英語口語及書寫能力 Proficient in computer skills 熟悉電腦操作及相關辦公軟件應用
