Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is an abiding big family thronged with fueled enthusiasts Care is at the heart of our business; we care for people so they can be their best Responsibilities 職責 Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team and ensuring smooth service delivery throughout all shifts 協助餐飲經理監督客房餐飲團隊的日常運作，確保各班次服務順暢 Lead, coach and support Service Associates to maintain Hyatt service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences 帶領、指導及支援服務員工，確保符合凱悅服務標準並提供卓越的賓客體驗 Handle guest enquiries, special requests and complaints professionally and effectively 專業及有效地處理賓客查詢、特別要求及投訴 Take and process food and beverage orders accurately via telephone and other ordering channels 準確接收及處理電話及其他渠道的餐飲訂單 Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders 與廚房、管事部及其他部門協調，確保餐點準時及準確送達 Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout each shift 監察服務質素、賓客滿意度及營運效率 Ensure all service equipment, guest trays and workstations are clean, organized and maintained in good condition 確保所有服務設備、餐車及工作區域保持整潔有序及良好狀態 Monitor inventory levels and replenish operating supplies as required 監察存貨水平並按需要補充營運物資 Assist with cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing and posting procedures 協助處理收銀工作，並確保賬單及入賬程序準確無誤 Perform any other duties assigned by the Management Team as required 執行管理團隊指派的其他工作 Qualifications 資格 Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in In-Room Dining, Room Service, Restaurant, Hotel Operations, or a related field 具一年或以上客房餐飲服務、餐飲部、酒店營運或相關督導經驗 Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 具備良好的領導、溝通及人際交往能力 Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service 以客為本，熱衷提供優質賓客服務 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks 能於快節奏環境下有效工作及同時處理多項任務 Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally 具良好的問題解決能力，能專業處理賓客意見及投訴 Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; written English and Chinese preferred 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話會話能力，具中英文書寫能力者優先 Familiar with hotel POS systems and basic computer applications 熟悉酒店POS系統及基本電腦操作 Pleasant, service-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently 性格開朗、積極主動、以客為本及能獨立工作 Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required 能配合輪班、週末及公眾假期工作安排 We will provide comprehensive training programmes and career growth opportunities to the successful candidates.
