- Hybrid Mandatory skills
• Lead architecture assurance and independent review engagements for strategic transformation programs.
• Assess solution architecture, platform modularity, interoperability, scalability, resilience, security, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate workshops with business, architecture, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders.
• Review technology roadmaps, architecture decisions, integration patterns, and operating models.
• Identify architecture risks, technical debt, lock-in dependencies, and re-platforming challenges.
• Provide recommendations on platform evolution, modernization, cloud adoption, DLT/blockchain architecture, and enterprise integration.
• Develop executive-level findings, decision packs, and governance recommendations for senior leadership.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams while promoting architecture best practices and governance standards.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, solution shaping, and thought leadership initiatives. Desired skills
• Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Expertise in Azure, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Digital Assets, Tokenization, and DLT platforms such as Canton, DAML, Hyperledger Besu, or Ethereum.
• Understanding of financial market infrastructure, settlement, custody, securities processing, and post-trade ecosystems.
• Experience assessing resilience, observability, security, auditability, and operational controls.
• Proven ability to conduct architecture assessments and provide executive recommendations.
