Remote About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced Psychologists (PhD) to contribute expertise to an innovative project focused on improving advanced AI systems. In this role, you will apply your psychological knowledge, assessment experience, and analytical skills to help train next-generation AI models. Your work will help improve how AI systems understand psychological concepts, assessments, case analysis, ethical decision-making, cultural considerations, and human behavior. No prior AI experience is required — your expertise in psychology is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and assess psychological case studies, evaluations, and documentation using professional psychological expertise.
• Develop realistic and culturally informed psychological scenarios for AI training and evaluation.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated content for psychological accuracy, ethical appropriateness, and alignment with professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback and insights on psychological reasoning, assessment methods, and case interpretations.
• Create and refine psychological materials that reflect real-world clinical, counseling, educational, or research contexts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the development of high-quality AI training data.
• Document evaluation methodologies, findings, and recommendations clearly and systematically.
• Apply ethical decision-making principles when reviewing sensitive psychological content.
• Support the development of psychologically accurate and culturally relevant AI evaluation frameworks. Required Qualifications
• PhD in Psychology.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical, counseling, research, academic, organizational, or related psychology settings.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment methods, case conceptualization, and evidence-based practice.
• Native-level fluency in Indonesian and strong professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing, evaluating, or interpreting psychological assessments and case studies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience across both academic and applied psychology environments.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards and professional psychological practice.
• Experience conducting psychological research, publishing academic work, or teaching psychology.
• Familiarity with multicultural and cross-cultural psychological considerations.
• Experience creating educational materials, training content, or assessment frameworks.
• Comfortable using digital collaboration and documentation tools.
• Interest in AI, behavioral science, and technology-driven innovation. Compensation
