Vector Synergy is a prime contractor for NATO and European Union agencies.
Currently, we are looking for AFN/AFS Governance & Management Secretariat Support with a NATO Secret security clearance.
Location:
Brussels, The Hague, Offsite Security Clearance: NATO Secret (mandatory) Contract: B2B Skills, knowledge, experience required: Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years of post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years of post-related experience.; Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, staff, and management; Meticulousness in checking documents for errors and ensuring accuracy; Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements; Ability to handle unexpected issues, challenges, and shifting priorities Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines; Ability to work independently or as part of a team Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); Awareness/Knowledge of ITIL Foundation. Desirable: At least 3 years' experience in NATO or multinational environments. Duties/role: Gathering, formatting, and organising documents and supporting materials for review and distribution; Coordinating activities among authors, reviewers, compliance teams, and external stakeholders; Designing, implementing, and monitoring document workflows, including review, approval, and archiving processes.
