Jouw rol / Your Role Als Support Engineer bij IACS kom je terecht in een klein maar technisch sterk team waar je een brede opleiding krijgt in onze producten en systemen. Na deze inwerkperiode ondersteun je onze bestaande klanten wereldwijd en werk je actief mee aan het ontwerpen, testen en bouwen van nieuwe industriële systemen. As an Support Engineer at IACS, you will join a small but highly skilled technical team and receive comprehensive training in our products and systems. Responsibilities:
Technische ondersteuning bieden aan klanten (remote of onsite). Ontwerpen, assembleren en testen van mechanische en elektromechanische componenten. Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe machines en prototypes. Documenteren en rapporteren van testresultaten en productverbeteringen. Provide technical support to customers (remotely or on-site). Design, assemble, and test mechanical and electromechanical components. Contribute to the development of new machines and prototypes. Document and report test results and product improvements.

Your Profile
Bachelor of master in werktuigbouwkunde, elektromechanica of een verwante richting. Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste – we voorzien een grondige interne opleiding. Geduldig, accuraat en consciëntieus, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Hands-on, leergierig en technisch geïnteresseerd. Talenkennis: Engels: goed niveau (mondeling en schriftelijk) – vereist. Duits en/of Frans: een troef. Kennis van CNC-apparatuur, CAD/CAM-software of elektronica is een pluspunt. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field. Experience is a plus, but not required – full internal training is provided. Patient, accurate, and conscientious, with strong attention to detail. Hands-on and eager to learn. Languages: English: good written and spoken level – required. German and/or French: an advantage. Familiarity with CNC equipment, CAD/CAM software, or electronics is beneficial.
