Experience:
5+ years in IT Service Management / ITSM 🏢 Hybrid: Must be ready to work onsite (Hybrid Model) 🇪🇺 Work Authorization: EU Passport / Right to Work in Belgium Must Have
• ITIL
• Incident & Problem Management
• BPMN / Business Process Analysis
• Functional Analysis
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
