• Identify, analyse and formalize complex business needs and requirements
• Describe and model end-to-end business processes, including exceptions and B2B interactions
• Define use cases, scope documents and context diagrams
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Perform process, data and behavioural analysis
• Organize and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Work closely with development, architecture, security, middleware and operations teams
• Prepare and follow up test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support implementation and production deployment activities
• Manage change requests and contribute to continuous improvement
• Support the Project Manager with planning, quality, reporting and project follow-up
• Ensure clear functional and user documentation throughout the project What we’re looking for You are an experienced Business / Functional Analyst with strong expertise in:
• Requirements & business analysis
• Business process modelling
• Use cases & UML
• Functional analysis and documentation
• Workshop facilitation & stakeholder management
• Testing / UAT
• Agile / Scrum environments A good technical understanding is important, particularly around:
• Web services
• Object-oriented principles
• Relational databases
• DevOps environments
• XML / XSD / XSLT / XPath / XQuery Knowledge of PMBOK or PRINCE2, SharePoint and MS Project is considered an asset. Experience within government, public sector or another large and complex organization would definitely be valuable. Practical details
