Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a part-time (60%) B2B Growth Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our B2B Customized Learning activities. Function As B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable growth across our B2B customized learning portfolio. You take ownership of building and further develop our B2B growth marketing, from identifying target audiences and generating demand to nurturing prospects and supporting commercial conversion. Working closely with business stakeholders, you develop growth strategies, run experiments, optimize conversion journeys and translate insights into measurable business results. This is a role for a proactive and entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys autonomy, who takes initiative and can demonstrate a track record of delivering growth. We are looking for a data-driven professional who focuses on scaling our client base and driving revenue across every stage of the customer journey through rapid experimentation. Key Responsibilities
• Build, own and continuously optimize the end-to-end B2B marketing funnel, from audience targeting and demand generation to qualified leads, commercial opportunities and pipeline growth. Develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy, using experimentation and a continuous test-and-learn approach to identify scalable growth opportunities.
• Build and implement lead nurturing, scoring and marketing automation journeys to engage and qualify prospects based on demonstrated interest and intent, ensuring that sales-ready leads are handed over to the business at the right moment.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define priority segments, target accounts and key-decision makers, align on lead qualification and follow-up, and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
• Create impactful demand generation and thought leadership initiatives, including content, events, webinars and account-based marketing campaigns.
• You work closely with the business team and collaborate with our central marketing specialists in performance marketing & copywriting.
• Analyze market, customer and competitor insights
• Define and track key marketing KPI’s, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or a related role.
• You have a proven track record of delivering measurable business growth and can demonstrate how you achieved it
• You have strong expertise in:
• Demand generation
• Funnel and conversion optimization
• Marketing automation
• CRM and pipeline management
• Account-based marketing
• You are highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on insights and experimentation
• You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy working autonomously and taking ownership of projects and results
• You think commercially and understand how marketing contributes to revenue growth
• You communicate effectively with both commercial and academic stakeholders
