The Opportunity As part of our continued global expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Partner based in Hong Kong to play a significant role in our international investor relations and capital placement division. This is a highly flexible role designed for an established professional. It can be executed either on a dedicated, full-time basis or strategically in conjunction with your current professional commitments. The core focus of this partnership is investor origination and capital matching—identifying and managing relationships with investors who purchase hotels or invest in hotel funds, leveraging our deep, ready-to-execute global deal pipeline. Partnership Scope Capital Placement & Fund Sourcing: Identify, engage, and secure equity commitments from private equity, family offices, and institutional investors looking to deploy capital into hotel funds and hospitality real estate. Investor Relations: Build and maintain direct relationships with active buyers, understanding their specific investment mandates, risk profiles, and geographic preferences. Deal Matching: Strategically align global investor capital with our extensive database of over 500 off-market hotel listings and active fund vehicles. Cross-Border Collaboration: Work directly alongside our global offices to facilitate the inflow of capital from Singapore and the broader Southeast Asian region into international hospitality assets. Ideal Partner Profile Background: A proven track record in Private Equity, Commercial Property Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or a senior Hotel background with a heavy emphasis on the equity, investment, and transaction side.
