• Perform day-to-day marketing activities and social media platforms
• Create and manage social media content and ensure all information is up-to-date and relevant to our target audiences
• Support the restaurant to prepare promotion materials, such as design the menu and coupon
• Provide CLERICAL and administrative support to the team, including arranging meetings, Data entry and document filing
• Work closely with the Operation Teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of messages across all printed and digital channels
• Handle media queries, customers’ feedbacks or complaints
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements
• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ solid experience in marketing or sizeable organization, preferably in F&B industry
• Good working knowledge of the various marketing & social media platforms
• Good communication, planning and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and interact effectively with different stakeholders
• Good time management and event organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in Design related software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be offered to the right candidates.
