What you'll do
• Define and evolve end-to-end system architecture
• Lead technical decisions across React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and Web3
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality, reviews, and technical standards
• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Identify technical risks and improve security, reliability, and observability
• Guide the transition from MVP/demo flows toward production-ready systems
• Coordinate closely with frontend, backend, Web3, product, and design teams
Requirements:
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Previous Technical Lead / Staff-level ownership
• Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Solid knowledge of API design, authentication, authorization, and security
• Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with code review, mentoring, and technical execution Nice to have:
• Web3
experience:
wallet integration, smart contracts, escrow/transaction flows
• Experience with Fastify, Redis, and production observability
• Marketplace, fintech, or transaction-heavy product experience
• Familiarity with Ethereum / Polygon ecosystem
