Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and MANAGE engineering Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects from initiation through to successful completion. Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, deliverables, and project schedules. Prepare technical reports, project documentation, submissions, and statutory forms, including Fire Services Department (FSD) documentation (e.g. FS251). Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to resolve technical and site-related issues. Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, procurement, budgeting, and cost control activities. Support testing, commissioning, project handover, and close-out activities to achieve project objectives and client satisfaction. Requirements Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in engineering projects, A&A works, E&M installations, building services, or maintenance projects. Familiarity with Hong Kong statutory requirements, codes of practice, and submission procedures is an advantage. Experience in preparing technical documentation, engineering submissions, and FSD forms (e.g. FS251) is preferred. Knowledge of project coordination, site supervision, contractor management, and engineering project execution. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight schedules. Good command of written and spoken English and CHINESE. Holder of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) is preferred. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Engineer.
