Responsibilities include technical architecture, industrialization, 24/7 production support, and integration and security of web applications in line with group standards.
Missions
Support to the Technical Design team
• Perform in-depth analyses of application flows, performance bottlenecks and incident root causes.
• Create and maintain technical architectures for new or evolving workflows (OPAD and DTD).
• Translate business needs into robust and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation. Architecture expertise and project support
• Provide Web Hosting and Web Security architecture expertise to projects.

• Develop and own Detailed Technical Designs (DTD) for new projects or upgrades.
• Enrich the Operational Process Architecture Documents (OPAD) provided by the Enterprise Architecture team.
• Clarify detailed workflows, integration points and technical dependencies.
• Analyze end-to-end application flows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and points of failure.
• Integrate performance metrics and scalability considerations into designs. Incident and performance analysis
• Lead technical investigations into production incidents, using logs, traces and APM data to isolate root causes.
• Perform performance benchmarking and capacity planning for WebSphere and cloud (IaaS/PaaS) environments.
• Document findings and recommend architecture improvements to prevent recurrence. Collaboration and validation
• Facilitate incident analysis sessions to identify flow breaks, latency issues or component failures, and propose corrective actions.
• Work with project architects, infrastructure engineers and development teams to review and validate DTDs.
• Help stakeholders understand architecture documents, acting as the go-to technical expert. Architecture references and best practices
• Contribute to defining, maintaining and evolving reference architectures for web infrastructure.
• Develop and share best practices for performance tuning, flow optimization and incident troubleshooting.
• Promote structured approaches in project delivery and smaller requests to ensure alignment with architecture principles. End-to-end ownership
• Maintain an end-to-end view of solutions, in collaboration with experts from other domains.
• Proactively monitor application performance and flow health to identify risks before they have an operational impact.
• Guide the management of the deployed solution landscape and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation or decommissioning. Cost optimization and efficiency
• Proactively identify savings opportunities such as resource right-sizing and license optimization.
• Assess decommissioning candidates, especially legacy systems and redundant components, and drive their retirement through structured plans. Conditions
