About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Infrastructure Architect to support a Technical Design team responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise web infrastructure. You will translate business and technical requirements into detailed architectural designs, analyze application flows, investigate production incidents, and drive performance improvements across enterprise hosting and cloud environments. Working closely with infrastructure engineers, project architects, development teams, Security, and DevOps specialists, you will help ensure robust solutions that meet architectural standards and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Detailed Technical Design (DTD) documents based on high-level architecture and business requirements.
• Define technical workflows, integration points, dependencies, and end-to-end application flows.
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and investigate production incidents using logs, traces, and APM tools.
• Perform performance tuning, benchmarking, and capacity planning across web hosting and cloud environments.
• Contribute to reference architectures, technical standards, and infrastructure best practices.
• Collaborate with Security, Network, DevOps, and application teams to validate architecture and ensure secure implementations.
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, cost reduction, resource right-sizing, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Proactively identify technical risks and recommend improvements to system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure architecture within enterprise environments.
• Broad technical knowledge of web application hosting technologies, including:
• IBM WebSphere
• Kubernetes
• Microsoft IIS
• Apache Tomcat and HTTP
• Knowledge of web security technologies, including:
• IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA)
• F5 Web Application Firewall (WAF)
• API Gateways
• OAuth 2.0 and TLS
• Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
• Experience with cloud environments, including IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience in technical architecture documentation, incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and performance troubleshooting.
• Understanding of enterprise business processes, technical risk, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Languages

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
