We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for manage IT projects in an international, multicultural and multilingual environment. 📍

Location:
Remote / Far-site with occasional on-site presence in Brussels. 🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders. The main responsibilities include:
• Planning, executing and controlling projects: scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risks.
• Coordinating and leading project teams, including deliverable reviews and the facilitation of meetings.
• Monitoring costs, timelines and resources; preparing plans and progress reports.
• Managing changes, risks, stakeholders and communications.
• Working closely with business and service managers.
• Managing vendors, preferably in a European institutions environment. Minimum Requirements ✅ Must-Have

Requirements:
• EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent), or (5 years of higher education)
• Minimum of 10 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimumin of 5 years Agile software development projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using JIRA in software development projects.
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• French: is an asset.
• The candidate must be eligible to obtain EU-27 security clearance or already hold it. Required knowledge
• Project management methodologies: PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Agile / Scaled Agile approaches.
• Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Project, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance tracking.
• Stakeholder, risk, change, team and vendor management.
• Executive communication and reporting. Certifications are valued:
• Project management certification: PM², PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL or an equivalent qualification.
• Agile certification: PM²-Agile, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM or SAFe Agilist.
• Product Owner certification: CSPO, PSPO or SAFe Product Owner. 📩 If you meet the requirements and are looking for your next challenge in a European project environment, we would love to hear from you.
