Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate complex projects spanning multiple teams, technical domains, and stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, risks, action plans, and project timelines to ensure consistent progress.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, consolidate updates across workstreams, and provide clear progress reports to management.
• Facilitate communication and decision-making between technical teams, service owners, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
• Support key initiatives related to cloud adoption, platform security, DevOps practices, CI/CD improvements, team autonomy, and technology service portfolio management.
• Coordinate onboarding and enablement activities, track delivery milestones, and promote standardized practices across teams. Technical Expertise The ideal candidate combines strong project and portfolio management skills with a broad understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud, and platform engineering. Relevant knowledge and experience include:
• Project Management: Agile methodologies, project and portfolio management, ITIL, and PRINCE2.
• Cloud & Container Platforms: Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and Jenkins.
• Infrastructure & Middleware: API gateways, messaging, load balancing, routing, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), databases, and related platform services.
• Security & Identity Management: Security best practices, security framework gap analysis, identity and access management, secrets, certificates, privileged access management, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Collaboration Tools: Jira and Confluence. The Ideal Candidate You are a structured, proactive, and results-driven professional who knows how to turn complex objectives into actionable plans and keep multiple initiatives moving forward. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build strong working relationships across teams, and confidently manage competing priorities. You bring proven experience in cross-functional project or program management, a solid understanding of cloud, DevOps, platform, and infrastructure environments, and the autonomy to take ownership of your responsibilities.
