Business Analyst: AI

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a trilingual AI-focused Business Analyst capable of operating in complex environments to act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT engineering teams. In this role, you will be at the heart of transformation projects where Artificial Intelligence, GenAI and Intelligent Automation meet operational efficiency. Your mission is to identify high-value AI use cases, translate them into structured requirements, and ensure that the delivered solutions provide a measurable competitive advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discovery & Strategy: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points and high-impact AI/Automation opportunities.
- Process Engineering: Map "As-Is" processes and design "To-Be" AI-augmented workflows, focusing on operational efficiency.
- Requirement Structuring: Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements, User Stories and data specifications for AI Engineers.
- AI Value Assessment: Partner with Data/AI teams to evaluate the feasibility of use cases (RAG, LLMs, Predictive Analytics).
- Backlog & Stakeholder Management: Support Product Owners in prioritizing features based on business value and technical readiness.
- Quality & Acceptance: Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure AI model outputs meet business expectations.

THE MULTILINGUAL BRIDGE You are a structured, analytical professional who understands that AI is a tool to solve business problems, not just a trend. THE ESSENTIALS

Experience:
4+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Consultant in digitalization projects.
- Trilingual

Skills:
Excellent command of English, French AND Dutch. Being able to run workshops in all three languages is a core requirement.
- AI Affinity: A strong interest in, or previous exposure to, AI projects (Chatbots, Automation, Data Analytics or GenAI).
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to document complex business rules and data-driven processes.
- Methodology: Strong command of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira & Confluence.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders, from C-level to developers. RECRUITMENT PROCESS 1.
