- Hal Far Duties And Responsibilities Fully responsible for the safe handling, storage, receipt, issue, and care of materials, components, and inventory under their responsibility. Maintaining stock in designated locations and ensuring physical stock is organised and accurately reflects computer system records. Entering receipts, issues, transfers, and other inventory transactions into the computer system accurately and in a timely manner. Assigning location numbers to new and transferred stock and ensuring proper stock identification. Physical receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and movement of materials and inventory items. Organising and coordinating stock transfers between designated storage areas and ensuring all related transactions are correctly recorded in the computer system. Maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and general upkeep of all storage areas. Compliance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Responsible for immediately reporting any hazards, near misses, incidents, unsafe conditions, or unsafe acts to area management. Must hold a valid driving licence and may be required to undertake company-related errands, collections and deliveries outside the company premises as required by business needs. Preference will be given to candidates holding Category C and/or C1 driving licences. Skills/Education Secondary level of education. Knowledge of using a P.
