Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 2+ years of experience (for permanent role) or 8+ years of experience in IT project management (for freelance role) especially in an agency environment Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams Strong analytical and organisational skills Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently French C2 and English C1 as a minimum Assets: Proficiency in Project Management methodologies Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience in managing budgets and timelines for IT projects Experience in communication with stakeholders at various organisational levels to ensure projects are aligned with business objectives PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus
