Architect and execute sourcing strategies across domestic and international markets. Continuously evaluate and optimize channel efficiency to attract top-tier, diverse talent. Manage the full hiring lifecycle via the Deloitte e-recruitment system—including screening, structured interviewing, candidate assessments, background verification, and offer management—ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery against business goals. Proactively map the market and nurture talent pools of high-potential professionals, building lasting relationships that position Deloitte as an employer of choice. Monitor and analyze recruitment analytics within the ATS, generating timely, actionable reporting for leadership to inform staffing decisions and workforce planning. experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a solid track record in end-to-end recruitment—preferably gained within professional services, financial services, or a multinational corporate environment in Hong Kong. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Strong networking, consultative, and influencing capabilities, with a proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers. Highly resourceful, adaptable, and client-focused, with a proactive approach to solving complex hiring needs. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A self-motivated, results-driven professional with a strong 'can-do' attitude, collaborative energy, and sound problem-solving skills. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Recruiter position.
