We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a solid track record in managing EU-funded projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, AMIF, CERV, etc.), who can lead complex initiatives from proposal to implementation and contribute to our growing portfolio of international partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and coordination of EU-funded projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and compliance with grant requirements. Supervise project partners and coordinate communication, reporting, and visibility activities. Prepare and submit interim and final reports to Managing Authorities (narrative, financial, and technical). Draft and contribute to new project proposals (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, AMIF, CERV, etc.), including work plans, budgets, and logical frameworks. Identify funding opportunities, support consortium building, and maintain strong relationships with EU institutions and international stakeholders. Represent EVBB in meetings, conferences, and international events. Profile & Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience in EU project management, ideally within Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or similar programmes. Strong understanding of the EU funding landscape, project cycle management, and reporting mechanisms. University degree (Bachelor or Master) in European Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Education, or related field. Excellent command of English (C1); knowledge of another language is a strong asset. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. High level of independence, reliability, and attention to detail. Availability to travel within and outside the EU.
