Supervisor Maintenance Support 📍 Brussels, Belgium | 🧬 Prothya Biosolutions Lead a team. Drive continuous improvement. Make an impact on patients' lives. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Supervisor Maintenance Support to lead our maintenance support team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, compliance, and efficiency of our operations. What will you do? As Supervisor Maintenance Support, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise to ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Leading, coaching, and developing the Maintenance Support team ✅ Acting as the Maintenance SME for Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, deviations, procedures, and documentation ✅ Driving maintenance improvement projects and defining short-, mid-, and long-term priorities ✅ Coordinating maintenance planning activities, including the annual summer shutdown ✅ Ensuring maintenance spare parts availability and optimizing maintenance processes ✅ Managing purchase orders, contracts, and supporting budget follow-up ✅ Collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Who are you? You are a pragmatic and hands-on leader who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders and continuously improving processes. You bring: ✔ Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Electromechanics) or equivalent experience ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial and highly regulated environment (pharma, biotech, food, chemical, etc.) ✔ Proven experience leading and developing teams ✔ Solid understanding of maintenance processes and technical installations ✔ Experience with GMP/QMS environments and audits ✔ Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills ✔ Knowledge of TPM methodologies is a plus ✔ Professional proficiency in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English Why join Prothya?
