• You're organised, detail-oriented, and know how to keep track of multiple tasks and projects.
• You're digitally savvy and comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and administrative systems.
• You have experience with AI tools or already use them independently, and you're excited about finding new ways to automate processes.
• You're analytical, solution-oriented, and quick to spot opportunities for improvement.
• You communicate clearly with colleagues, restaurant teams, and external suppliers.
