Digital Transformation Consultant

Being an Avertimer Avertim is a management consulting group that translates strategy into actionable projects across three service lines: Within our Energy & Transport practice, our consultants work directly with leading organisations on complex business, digital, data and operational transformation projects. You will join Avertim as a consultant and contribute to client projects where your expertise and ability to deliver concrete results make a real difference. Your role You will support Energy & Transport organisations in turning transformation ambitions into practical initiatives and sustainable results. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will contribute to projects covering digital strategy, operating-model evolution, process optimisation, technology adoption, customer experience, innovation and change. You will combine analysis, stakeholder engagement and implementation support to help clients move from a current-state assessment to measurable improvement. Your responsibilities
• Analyse the client’s strategy, processes, capabilities, technology landscape and transformation needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help define clear transformation objectives and priorities.
• Support the design of transformation roadmaps, target operating models and implementation plans.
• Structure business cases, recommendations, presentations and decision-making materials.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with business, operational and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives and track milestones, risks, dependencies and expected benefits.
• Support process redesign, digital adoption, change management and stakeholder communication.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable workstreams and practical deliverables.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to bring relevant perspectives and good practices.
• Contribute to programme governance and the continuous improvement of transformation approaches.

Your profile
• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation, IT or a related field.
• You have 3 to 7 years of experience in consulting, transformation, project management or a related role.
• You are able to structure ambiguous challenges and turn them into clear analyses and actions.
• You combine strong analytical skills with effective communication and facilitation.
• You are proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with different levels of an organisation.
• Experience with digital transformation, project management, change management and operating-model design is an asset.
• Experience in Energy & Transport is valued, but strong cross-sector digital transformation experience is also relevant.
