• Responsible for handle enquiries and understand customers’ needs and expectations, prepare quotations, contracts and event orders
• Solicit any catering and event business opportunities with existing or potential guests
• Prepare Weekly Events Forecasts and other supporting documents
• Ensure the timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders in order to drive the highest levels of guest satisfaction
• Conduct site inspection and presentation in a professional manner
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing, and F&B departments to ensure the accounts from the events are consolidated and reconciled
• Maintain intelligent client database and be able to make the best use of database to achieve targets Requirements
• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or Catering Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 year experience in hotel operations / catering sales
• Self-motivated and organized
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
