Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, analytical, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Intern to support Jet Centrum's core aviation service lines. This 3-month part-time program provides end-to-end exposure to B2B aviation sales pipelines, executive event management (exhibitions, seminars, and summits), market research, and CRM data architecture.
Working alongside senior leadership, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communications, digital marketing campaigns, and transaction pipeline management across our global networks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Jet Acquisition, Trading & Charter Sales Support Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation and prospect qualification for Jet Centrum’s aircraft sales, leasing transactions, and air charter brokering inquiries. Collateral Creation: Draft, edit, and format client pitch decks, aircraft spec sheets, leasing proposals, and charter quote presentations. Target Research: Conduct target research on airlines, corporate flight departments, family offices, and HNWIs. Deal Tracking: Maintain deal trackers to support transaction leads through various negotiation stages. 2. CRM Operations & Pipeline Management Data Administration: Administer, clean, and enrich contact records and company profiles within Jet Centrum’s CRM platform. Database Segmentation: Segment contact databases for targeted outreach, market updates, and event invitations. Pipeline Mapping: Map client interactions, deal stages, and inquiry histories across our leasing, trading, and charter divisions. Reporting: Generate weekly CRM activity reports to track sales conversions and pending follow-ups. 3. Exhibitions, Seminars & Industry Summits Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics, delegate registration, and branding materials for Jet Centrum’s participation in global aviation exhibitions, summits, and seminars. Outreach Campaigns: Manage pre-event outreach campaigns and execute post-event lead capture and CRM integration. Meeting Schedules: Assist in scheduling on-site executive meetings and networking sessions during industry events. Materials Prep: Prepare presentation slides, panel briefing packs, and promotional collateral. 4. Market Intelligence & Digital Marketing Market Briefs: Monitor global fleet movements, secondary aircraft trading values, and operator leasing requirements to prepare concise market briefs. Content Creation: Draft engaging LinkedIn updates, email newsletters, and content for Jet Centrum channels covering market insights and charter trends. Competitor Benchmarking: Benchmark competitor marketing tactics across the leasing, brokering, and aviation event sectors. Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Aviation Management, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline. Aviation Passion: Strong interest in aircraft transactions, commercial/private charter, leasing structures, and corporate aviation. CRM & Technical
Skills:
Hands-on experience or quick adaptability with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) or email marketing software is an advantage. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor suitable for interacting with senior industry stakeholders. Organization: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multi-project workflows across event planning and sales support.
