Role Description We are looking for an intern for the role of Full-Stack Software Development in the aviation sector for a part-time duration of 3 to 6 months. As an intern, you will support the development, testing, and optimization of software solutions tailored to aviation technology. This hybrid role is located in Hong Kong SAR with the flexibility to work remotely on some tasks. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in the aviation and technology industries. Qualifications Proficiency in Frontend Development: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Backend Development

Skills:
Knowledge of server-side programming languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, and familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB. Technical Problem Solving: Ability to debug, test, and optimize code for better performance and efficiency. Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Project Understanding: Basic knowledge or prior experience in software development projects, particularly in aviation or related industries, is advantageous. Proactive Learner: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Desired Qualification Technical Requirements Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue.js, or Angular (React preferred) with experience in data visualization libraries like D3.js or Map box/Leaflet for flight tracking. Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go or related tools. Database: Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and familiarity with time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB) for tracking flight telemetry. Cloud/DevOps: Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Architecture: Understanding of microservices and real-time communication for live updates. Aviation-Specific "Bonus" Skills Prior experience with Aviation APIs. Knowledge of ARINC 717/767/429 standards. Experience with DO-178C or airborne software framework. Familiarity with GIS and coordinate systems. Understanding of aviation cybersecurity and safety-critical software mindsets. Familiarity with sustainability in aviation, SAF and carbon offsetting program. Qualifications Professional full-stack experience in aviation or aerospace environment. B.
