· Key Project Enablement & Client Engagement: Target high-impact institutions—including research universities, state key laboratories, and leading enterprise accounts—to uncover compute cluster and AI accelerator project opportunities. Coordinate with internal pre-sales engineering and solution architecture teams to conduct deep technical exchanges, technology evangelism sessions, and PoC (Proof of Concept) engagements.
· Market & Industry Association Engagement: Represent Hygon across local science parks, chambers of commerce, computing societies, and industry summits. Organize and participate in local technical workshops, computing roundtables, and developer meetups to continuously build brand visibility and thought leadership within the regional IT ecosystem. 0–3 years of professional experience. High-potential fresh graduates with solid engineering foundations and strong interpersonal abilities are welcome, as are professionals with 1–3 years of experience in ICT, enterprise servers, cloud infrastructure, or semiconductors. Prior internship or working exposure in partner operations, presales consulting, or technical solution advisory is preferred.
· Technical Foundation & Commercial Mindset: Solid grasp of fundamental computer architecture, enterprise server infrastructure, or AI accelerator workflows, coupled with the ability to digest and articulate complex technical concepts. Strong commercial awareness, ecosystem-building mindset, and proactive stakeholder coordination skills.
· Communication & Language Proficiency: Trilingual fluency required: Full professional proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English across high-stakes presentations, technical dialogues, and professional writing. Exceptional interpersonal communication, adaptability, and cross-functional coordination skills within multicultural environments.
