As part of the development of the Packaging & Operations activities of a leading international automotive company, we are looking for a Junior Consultant to support the implementation of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) across a network of suppliers. You will join an international team responsible for packaging, operations and quality within the Parts Supply Chain. Your role will focus on supplier compliance monitoring, action plan coordination and project reporting, ensuring that suppliers meet the required PPWR standards within the defined timelines. Your

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess supplier compliance with PPWR requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall project timeline.
• Engage with suppliers to clarify packaging types, responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Organise and facilitate meetings with suppliers to review requirements and define implementation plans, actions and target completion dates.
• Follow up closely on supplier corrective actions and implementation plans, monitoring progress, milestones, deadlines and outstanding activities.
• Prepare weekly compliance status reports for management, highlighting overall progress, key risks, concerns and escalation points.
• Support compliance audits and verification checks within warehouse operations.
• Verify the compliance of packaging labels and related information against PPWR requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations teams to ensure consistent implementation of the new requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation in supplier compliance monitoring and packaging activities.

Your Profile
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business or a related field.
• First professional experience in packaging, supply chain, quality, supplier management or sustainability is an asset.
• Strong interest in sustainable packaging, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with different stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers, actions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Autonomous, reliable and proactive working style.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, Access and SharePoint is a plus. Your Mindset: You are curious, structured and improvement-oriented. You enjoy working with different stakeholders, gathering information directly from suppliers and operational teams, and using facts and data to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
