We are looking for an energetic professional with firm commitment to excellence to fill the post of. Responsibilities Monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in building; Supervise in-house workmen to finish the daily R&M works in building; Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs as well as prepare relevant monthly reports, tender documents and contract administration; Enforce safety for works carried out by direct labours and contractors; Attend the Hard FM meetings with landlord, government departments and contractors to technical enquiries and issues; Perform ad hoc duty and attend emergency call out duty as assigned; and 6 day work. Requirements Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies or above; Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the field of property / Facility management; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently; and Proficient in MS applications, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD and building/ maintenance information system.
