Do you combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to solving complex data challenges? At CNT Management Consulting, you'll help customers migrate, harmonise and consolidate data as part of their SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA transformations. You'll work closely with project teams and customers to ensure data is accurately prepared, mapped and transferred into SAP systems. Your role. Your impact. As an SAP Data Migration Consultant, you'll contribute to the planning and execution of data migration activities, helping customers move their data reliably into their SAP landscapes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Prepare data migrations: Support the planning and execution of SAP data migration activities, including blueprinting, data analysis and mapping.
• Manage data uploads: Take operational responsibility for uploading data into customer SAP systems and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
• Support data harmonisation: Contribute to data consolidation, harmonisation and migration strategies to improve data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate across project teams: Work with customers, business stakeholders and technical colleagues to integrate data successfully into SAP landscapes.
• Ensure quality and accuracy: Help identify data issues, investigate discrepancies and support the delivery of reliable migration results.
• Share knowledge: Contribute to knowledge transfer through workshops, training sessions and collaboration with colleagues.
• Keep developing: Build your technical expertise and consulting skills through continuous learning and hands-on project experience. What you bring You combine a structured, analytical approach with an interest in SAP data and the ability to work collaboratively in a customer-focused environment. Ideally, you bring:
• Data migration

experience:
At least two years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration projects.
• SAP data knowledge: A solid understanding of SAP master data structures and data migration concepts.
• Analytical

skills:
The ability to investigate data issues, identify solutions and approach complex tasks methodically.
• Ownership and initiative: An independent, solution-oriented working style and a willingness to take responsibility for your deliverables.
• Communication

skills:
The ability to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders and project teams.
• Adaptability: An open and constructive attitude and the ability to work in dynamic, international project environments.
• Language

skills:
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. French is a strong plus.
