Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Translate business requirements into Mendix applications, including domain models, microflows, pages, and security roles.
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs and database connectors.
• Develop reusable modules, widgets, and components.
• Implement security best practices, role-based access control, and data protection requirements.
• Ensure application accessibility in line with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Support testing, deployments, release management, and production maintenance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, testers, and project managers in Agile teams. Required Skills &
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of IT development experience, including at least 3 years working with Mendix.
• Mendix Advanced Developer Certification (mandatory).
• Experience delivering at least 2 Mendix applications into production, including enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with Mendix 10 or later.
• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript for custom actions and widgets.
• Experience with on-premises or private cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• English at C1 level. Nice to Have:
• Mendix Expert Certification.
• Experience working with EU institutions or public administration.
• Knowledge of Mendix AI capabilities, including GenAI connectors and Maia.
• French language skills.
