We are looking for an Advanced Project Manager with 10 years of IT professional experience. 📍

Location:
Remote. 🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders. As part of the team, you will be responsible for:
• End-to-end management of IT project lifecycles.
• Development of project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks).
• Team leadership and deliverable review.
• Stakeholder management and communication plans. Minimum Requirements ✅ Must-Have

Requirements:
• EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent), or (5 years of higher education).
• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of German language, both spoken and written, (Level A2)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, or SAFe.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business process modelling and systems analysis using BPMN and UML.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design collaboration and prototyping, including reviewing wireframes and interactive prototypes, validating user journeys and functional requirements using Figma.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in managing procurement related projects or analyzing procurement business processes.
• Mandatory certification: One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
