About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project & Integration Architect to lead architecture activities for complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives. As the end-to-end architecture authority, you will ensure alignment across applications, integrations, APIs, data, cloud, security, and delivery practices. This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate combines deep integration expertise with a strong understanding of modern software delivery and DevOps practices. Your role:
• Lead the definition of target and transition architectures for large-scale transformation programs.
• Design and govern integration and API architectures across enterprise platforms and systems.
• Ensure consistency across applications, data, cloud, security, infrastructure, and delivery domains.
• Facilitate architecture workshops and drive key technical decisions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define architecture principles, system responsibilities, non-functional requirements, and platform boundaries.
• Coordinate solution, application, data, security, and infrastructure architects to achieve integrated outcomes.
• Assess existing environments, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend modernization opportunities.
• Establish integration standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Contribute to implementation roadmaps, migration strategies, and deployment planning.
• Produce high-quality architecture documentation and support the transition from design into delivery. This role describes your starting point at NTT DATA. Your profile
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Project Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar senior architecture role.
• Strong expertise in Integration Architecture, APIs, interoperability, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience delivering large-scale CRM, Customer Operations, Contact Center, or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Genesys, or comparable enterprise technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern integration approaches.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment governance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries, particularly Financial Services, is a strong advantage.
