We are looking for an experienced Java Developer / DEV Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud development. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within an Agile Scrum team to develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements. The DEV Engineer is expected to contribute beyond their individual area of expertise, support team members, and ensure the successful delivery of sprint commitments while maintaining high standards of software quality, security, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, test, and deliver high-quality software components in accordance with sprint objectives and the product backlog.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver business value.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Apply cloud development principles to build scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support code reviews, automated testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share technical knowledge, promote collaboration, and contribute to the team's continuous learning.
• Follow established development standards, architectural guidelines, security procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate across technical domains, including infrastructure, operating systems, networking, databases, and middleware. Required Skills and Experience
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining microservices-based applications.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in cloud application development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of software and system architecture, including hardware, operating systems, networking, databases, and middleware.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, technical standards, security procedures, and development tools.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile
