With a strong focus on Corporate Law, Real Estate and Tax, excellence is delivered through a seamless combination of expertise and personal attention. We are seeking talented Senior Associates or Counsels to join our Corporate Law & M&A practice. We are currently looking for both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking lawyers who are passionate about corporate law and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results.
• We welcome applications from both native French-speaking and native Dutch-speaking lawyers. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of the other national language is a strong asset.
• You have a strong interest in or knowledge of Corporate Law and M&A, and at least 3 to 4 years of experience.
• You are client-oriented and service-minded, always putting the needs of the client first.
• You work well both independently and within a team.
