• Retail Operations Support: Build a strong foundation in multi-store retail operations by coordinating supplies, systems, and essential facilities to ensure smooth daily execution. Coordinate new-store setup, stock takes, events and other operating projects.
• Sales & Performance Insights: Analyze key performance metrics—including sales, GP%, targets, and comparable-store performance—to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.
• Reporting & Planning: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and forecasts to support decision-making, while monitoring sales levels, administering budgets and incentive programmes.
• Data & Process Improvement: Maintain key retail master data and leverage Excel and Generative AI tools to identify trends, resolve operational issues, and create efficient workflows.
• Team Communication & Coordination: Prepare shop communications and meeting materials, coordinate staff rosters and business travel arrangements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and project follow-up. Handle product return cases and support retail-event activities.
• Store Support: Develop practical retail capability through regular shop visits and operational projects, building toward future store leadership and supervised operational ownership. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service is highly preferable.
• Strong Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint; practical knowledge of GEN AI tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) to facilitate seamless communication across retail shops and office teams.
• Analytical, curious and detail-minded, with the ability to validate data, identify trends and patterns to support business performance.
• Hands-on, proactive and resilient; able to manage multiple deadlines, and willing to learn through both office administration and shop-floor exposure.
