(AI & DeepTech) 工作地点： 香港 (Hong Kong) 【中文版 JD】 职位概述 立足香港国际化金融与科技枢纽，面向全球及粤港澳大湾区科技生态，主导人工智能（如大模型、Agent 架构、具身智能、算力与芯片基础设施）及前沿科技领域的项目挖掘、第一性原理投研、尽职调查与交易执行。 主要职责 项目挖掘与生态构建： 依托香港的跨国窗口优势，深度对接全球顶尖高校实验室、科研院所、跨境创业者及开源社区，系统性挖掘早期至成长期的硬核科技项目。 第一性原理投研： 从底层技术逻辑与产业演进出发，深入研究基础模型、MoE/Agent 工作流、Physical AI、芯片算力及前沿硬件，制定具有前瞻性的投资假设并输出高质量专题报告。 尽调与交易执行： 独立或主导完成商业、技术及财务尽职调查；搭建估值模型，撰写中英文投资建议书（IC Memo），参与 Term Sheet 谈判及跨境交易结构落地。 投后赋能与生态链接： 持续追踪被投企业进展，在国际化拓展、大湾区产业链落地、后续美元/人民币融资及技术生态对接方面提供深度的战略赋能。 任职要求 工作经验： 3–5 年知名 VC/PE、顶尖科技企业战略投资部（CVC）或头部 AI/硬科技初创企业核心岗位经验；具备美元基金或跨境交易经验者优先。 教育背景： 国内外顶尖高校本科及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、物理、数学或自动化等 STEM 相关专业优先。 技术深度： 对底层技术架构与软硬件协同具有高度敏感度，能以第一性原理拆解技术壁垒、演进路径与商业化可行性。 综合素质： 具备严谨的定量分析能力与跨界沟通技巧；适应香港高效、跨文化、快节奏的工作环境。 语言能力： 英语与普通话均可作为工作语言（听说读写流利），能独立撰写英文 IC 报告并与全球创始人交流。 Position Overview Based in Hong Kong, this role leverages the region’s global capital hub to drive deal sourcing, thesis-driven research, primary due diligence, and execution across AI and frontier technology sectors globally and within the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Ecosystem Building: Proactively cultivate deep relationships across global tech hubs, university labs, research institutes, and founder communities to source high-conviction seed to growth-stage opportunities. Thesis-Driven Research: Conduct first-principles research into core AI architectures (e.g., foundation models, agentic workflows, physical AI/robotics, compute infrastructure, and next-gen hardware) to formulate actionable investment theses. Due Diligence & Execution: Lead technical, financial, and commercial due diligence. Synthesize insights into bilingual IC memos, build financial/valuation models, and drive Term Sheet negotiations and cross-border deal execution. Portfolio Support: Deliver strategic value-add to portfolio startups, including global market expansion, GBA supply chain integration, and follow-on fundraising across USD/RMB markets. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in top-tier VC/PE firms, tech CVCs, or key strategic/engineering/product roles within fast-growing technology startups. Cross-border deal experience is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier global university, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM disciplines. Technical Acumen: Deep curiosity and first-principles analytical mindset regarding frontier AI architectures, compute stacks, and hardware/software synergy. Ability to evaluate technical defensibility and commercial potential. Core Competencies: High autonomy, quantitative rigor, and exceptional execution in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Skills:
Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for investment documentation and founder communication; Cantonese fluency is a plus.
