About the Motion Picture Association The Motion Picture Association serves as the global voice and advocate of the international film, television and streaming industry. Our members are Walt Disney Studios Pictures, Netflix Studios, LLC, Paramount Pictures Corporation, Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Universal City Studios LLC, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. The EMEA office of the MPA, based in Brussels, was opened in 1995. Our principal activities include work on legislative and regulatory issues at European and national levels, development and implementation of content protection strategies and collaboration with other right holder groups to promote intellectual property rights and the interest of the audiovisual sector. Finance & Administrative intern As our Finance & Administrative Intern, you'll play an important role in keeping our Brussels office running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience across finance, administration, and office operations. No two days are the same — you'll collaborate with colleagues across different teams and contribute to creating a welcoming, well-organized workplace. This is a 6-month internship (part-time may be considered) with financial compensation, based out of our Brussels office. What will be your main tasks? Your responsibilities will include: Support finance operations: Process supplier invoices in the accounting system, assign basic accounting information, allocate costs across departments, and follow up with vendors when additional information or documentation is needed. Support office operations and reception: Provide support for reception and office hospitality. Welcome visitors, prepare meeting rooms and catering for meetings and lunches, keep kitchen and office supplies stocked, and coordinate with building management or suppliers when urgent issues arise. Help deliver engaging office events: Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events by tracking RSVPs, preparing venues, supporting registrations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after each event. Support team-building and office events: Help plan and coordinate team-building activities and special office events, such as the End-of-Year Office Lunch, and contribute to enjoyable experiences that bring the team together. Assist with travel and expense administration: Support a small group of team members with occasional business travel by coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with company travel policies, and processing expense claims. Throughout your internship, you'll gain valuable exposure to office management, finance administration, event coordination, and stakeholder communication in a dynamic international environment. What are we looking for? You have an excellent level of English and French You are a recent graduate (or in the final stages) in a relevant field or have a first experience in a similar position You have a basic knowledge of accounting or finance You have excellent planning and organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude You are detail-oriented and able to show assertiveness, flexibility and autonomy You are able to observe deadlines and prioritise tasks You have a good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel) You love working closely with other people and are a great team player
