• You have relevant experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• You're familiar with operational processes such as scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
• You have knowledge of HACCP standards and work with attention to detail.
• You're guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• You take initiative, enjoy responsibility, and always think in solutions.
• You're flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.

• A gross hourly wage of €16.08.
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• Up to 20 vacation days based on full-time employment.
