• You have relevant experience in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• You have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team.
• You are a hands-on leader who enjoys actively working alongside the team on the restaurant floor.
• You have knowledge of operational processes such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and KPIs.
• You are familiar with HACCP guidelines and work accurately.
• You are guest-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm and organised during busy periods.
• You take initiative, are confident in taking responsibility, and have a solution-oriented mindset.
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• You are willing to complete training at other Hawaiian restaurants during your onboarding period to ensure you are fully prepared for the opening. • Gross hourly wage of €17.33, based on a 40-hour working week.
