Responsibilities:
• First and second-line support: remote and on-site support ;
• Being the Single Point of Contact for VIP end-users ;
• Recording & tracking incidents and request information ;
• Reconfiguration/installation of PC and mobile devices environment ;
• Documenting operational support procedures ;
• Drafting technical content for knowledge database ;
• Testing and administration of applications ;
• Liaising with system administration and database administration for execution of administration tasks. Profile & background :
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience ;
• Experience with ServiceNow is mandatory ;
• Fluent in French & English is mandatory ;
• Experience in IT support in person (direct proximity to users) ;
• Experience in desktops/laptops/smartphones and tablets support ;
• Experience in support for videoconferencing ;
• Very good skills in all the MS office applications ;
• Very good skills with end user computers (especially Windows) ;
• Very good skills and understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications as well as Mobile Device Management (MDM) ;
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification is a strong plus ;
• Willigness to work 100% onsite. What we have to offer :
