• Lead, train, and support the store team
• Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment
• Deliver a simple, attentive, and consistent customer experience
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions
• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
• Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and internal processes
• Communicate with head office and share field insights Profile
• Proven experience in retail team management
• Strong sense of service, reliability, and team vision
• Organized, autonomous, and detail oriented
• Interest in responsible fashion and VEJA’s mission
• English required
