• Build agents, software and automated workflows. And work alongside the production agent system that already runs the agency
• Connect our data, marketing platforms and internal tools.
• Develop our cockpit for performance monitoring, alerts and action.
• Make architecture decisions and ensure reliable operation.
• Help grow the department and guide other builders over time.
Your profile
You can build software, understand APIs, databases and integrations, and actively experiment with AI. You have an interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, enjoy solving business problems and want to take responsibility. Senior experience is welcome, but not required. What you’ve built, your enthusiasm for AI and your ability to get things working matter more than years on your CV.
