• 負責場地租訂事宜的處理，包括接收申請、安排預訂及協調使用時間;
• 解答公眾或內部人員關於場地使用的查詢，提供準確資訊及協助;
• 執行日常行政及文書工作，如文件整理、資料輸入、檔案管理; 工作要求:
• 中五畢業或以上學歷(曾修讀數學科);
• 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中文科及英文科成績達2級或以上;
• 熟練操作Microsoft Word及Excel等常用辦公軟件，具基本電腦應用能力;
