Lead the team behind every product. 01 ABOUT BAMBAW GROUP We build brands that make everyday life healthier and more sustainable. Bambaw Group is the company behind Bambaw, Bambaw Cozy, Arista Ayurveda and Oravix. We design our own products, make them with partner factories in Asia and Europe, and sell them across Europe, the UK, the US and Canada, on our webshops, marketplaces and through retail. 02 THE ROLE You lead our product development team and run the engine behind every launch. Three to four product developers work with you across hard goods, home textiles and formulations: they own the technical work, you own the system that makes it deliver. Each year, 12+ new products and major updates move through our development gates on your watch. Our Brand Managers then take them to market, and once live, each product comes back to you for quality and improvement. 03 WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead, coach and grow a team of 3 to 4 product developers: specialists who know more about materials and manufacturing than you do
• Run 6 to 9 development projects at once through our stage gate process, and own the business case and the go or no go at the development gates
• Keep the pipeline of future products rated and prioritised with our commercial team, so the next project is always ready
• Own quality across the catalogue: returns, improvements, version changes, and the shared quality standard your team applies
• Coordinate factories on samples and timelines with our procurement and legal partners, including 1 to 3 trips to Asia per year
• Hand over every product developed, compliant and set up in our systems, ready for the Brand Managers to launch 04 WHO YOU ARE
• 5 to 7 years developing physical consumer products, with several products taken from brief to market
• You have managed a direct team, and you have led people more expert than you in their field
• You know factories: sample rounds, MOQs, tooling, lead times
• You have run parallel projects and can name the dates you committed to, and what you did when one slipped
• Structured, pragmatic and numerate: you build a landed cost and margin case and make decisions on it
• Fluent in English, based in Brussels or ready to relocate 05
