• Implement operational risk management frameworks and plans
• Review and update operational risk and reputation risk related policies and procedures manuals
• Review on KRI and RCSA from all departments and make recommendations for improvement
• Oversee operational risk reporting system, review operational risk incidents and make recommendations to mitigate the risks involved
• Review and advice on due diligences of new products development and outsourcing arrangements from operational risk and reputation risk perspectives
• Implement stress testing on operational risk and reputation risk
• Prepare statutory and management reporting
• Handle inquires and liaise with internal/external audits, regulatory bodies on the related areas
• Steer for relevant projects, ad hoc issues or investigations in relation to operational or reputation risks when required Requirements
• Degree or above in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
• Around 5-8 years of experience in operational risk management, audit or internal control functions of banking industry
• Well-verse in HKMA, SFC and other banking related legislations and guidelines
• Solid experience of working and liaison with regulatory bodies
• Excellent prioritization, organization and people skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferable with Mandarin)
