Find out more: www.itsgroup.com About the Job : Great assignments await you with our key account clients in rich and varied environments We are looking for a GenAI Functional Analyst with strong technical skills to join a multidisciplinary Automation Squad, acting as the bridge between business and technical profiles on Generative AI topics. The ideal candidate combines functional analysis expertise with solid GenAI knowledge, and has experience implementing GenAI changes within a corporate environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding and a critical mindset to translate business needs into effective, cost-efficient AI solutions, following an Agile, iterative and MVP-driven approach focused on rapid time-to-market and immediate value creation. Your

missions:
• Lead the functional analysis of GenAI initiatives, from business requirements to solution specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical/AI teams.
• Translate business requirements and processes into clear and actionable specifications.
• Contribute to the definition of end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs while remaining cost-efficient.
• Challenge requirements, specifications and proposed solutions with a critical, outcome
- and value-oriented mindset.
• Work closely with experienced AI engineers and analysts, challenging technical approaches when necessary.
• Support GenAI implementations through an iterative, adaptable and MVP-based approach.
• Foster collaboration and strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure rapid time-to-market and immediate business value creation. Your activities:
• Gather, analyze, clarify and challenge business requirements and processes related to GenAI.
• Translate functional needs into specifications for technical teams.
• Explain complex GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to GenAI implementations using technologies and applications such as Azure AI and AWS.
• Apply knowledge of Generative AI principles and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Perform Prompt Engineering.
• Define and manage AI guardrails.
• Work with or contribute to solutions involving AWS AgentCore.
• Contribute to Agentic AI initiatives within Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Use Python for AI-related scripting, working with AI models and data manipulation.
• Apply data analytics concepts and tools to GenAI use cases.
• Analyze and evaluate GenAI results and outputs.
• Identify and apply appropriate GenAI measurements and KPIs.
• Create visual representations of GenAI results to support analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Marketeers, Analysts, Process Engineers, AI Engineers and other business and technical profiles.
• Assess solutions against customer needs, business value, technical feasibility and cost efficiency. You have the following

skills:
Must-Haves
• Proven experience as a Functional/Business Analyst implementing GenAI changes within a corporate organization
• Minimum 3 years of AI functional knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI principles
• Good understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work
• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and applications, including Azure AI and AWS
• Minimum 3 years of AWS experience
• Minimum 3 years of Python scripting experience, particularly for AI models and data manipulation
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills
• AI guardrail management skills
• Strong requirements and business process analysis
• Ability to translate requirements and processes into clear specifications
• Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining technical GenAI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Mature stakeholder management, with a strong focus on outcomes and value
• Ability to challenge experienced AI engineers and analysts with a critical mindset
• Strong ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across diverse teams
• Familiarity with data analytics concepts and tools
• Ability to analyze and evaluate GenAI results
• Knowledge of relevant GenAI measurements and KPIs
• Ability to create visual representations of GenAI results
• Experience with Agile, iterative and MVP-driven ways of working
• English, French and Dutch, with either French or Dutch allowed to be at a lower level Nice-to-Haves / Strong Assets
• AWS AgentCore technical knowledge, at basic or confirmed level
• Agentic AI knowledge
• Experience with Agentic AI within Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Belgian energy sector
• Experience contributing to end-to-end GenAI solution design
• Experience delivering cost-efficient GenAI solutions
