Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. http://www.redcross.org.hk Job Purpose The Programme Executive assists in the implementation of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Service (MHPSS) in areas related to mobile mental health services and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, design, implementation and evaluation of MHPSS programmes and activities, including mobile mental health services, community engagement, and mental health promotion initiatives.
• Support case management and service coordination, including client intake, follow-up, record maintenance and referral support as required.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including data management, statistics compilation, report preparation, budget and inventory monitoring, expenses reimbursement, and other documentation requirements.
• Assist in emergency operations, drills, public events, volunteer activities, and other duties assigned by Supervisor(s) from time to time. Requirements
• Graduate of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduation working experience and completion of HKCEE/HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate a strong interest and understanding in mental health and psychosocial support or humanitarian services.
• Volunteering or work experience in the social service, community service, mental health or related sector is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); experience in Canva, graphic design and social media content creation is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and organised, with good interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and able to work independently.
• Five-day work per week; may be required to perform duties on weekends or evenings as needed.
